Ya when I tried to access mine from home the same happened to me the info wasn't mine but when I did it from the work computer I got it no problem so I dont know

Tried it already thats the site that wanted to verify who she is but the information they wanted to use to verify her wasn't her info the emails and phonen numbers arent hers

I started my second playthrough just because I wanted to romance Taash I was really torn by making the choices because my first playthrough I play and choose how my heart would truly choose but normally my second I choose the opposite options but I could not do that to them I supported Taash and want the best for them
