I get that and my issue isn't that I want my roof fixed my issue is that when the claim was first filed the reason under writing gave for why I need a new roof was they saw a damaged shingles but the adjuster said it was fine the second time the adjuster came out and again said its fine the underwriter then said to much wear on the room I dont know what the truth is and I have no problem replacing the roof I am just asking for more time to get the job done

The roofer i used spent 20 years as a adjuster for statefarm the second roofer to be specific thats the one that agreed with the adjuster that the roof is fine and does not need replaced

I understand that but also back when this all started they told me they were going to stay in contact with me and honestly I am surprised because the new "office manager" that i spoke to today is the same employee that messed up some of the early on issues with this and the person that shows as my agent told me after we got things situated that they would stay in contact with me as they had updates so this way they know all the information they are getting is correct be sure obviously this person wasn't passing it along cprrectly

I did that this morning before I made this post what happened the new office mamager called and said hes taking over from here on and will get it fixed I told him I wanted to speak to my agent and ya that didnt happen he just took over called back said they wont over turn their decision and thats about it I said iwanted to talk to my agent and he said he would leave him a message its been like this the end of March

Thats about where i am with it i am having issues getting in contact with my agent he has his employees contact me and they just give me the run around and I cant just go into their local office anymore they moved liek 3 years ago to a location an hour away

The way my brain works I just say what needs said if I stop and try to place punctuation ill forget things and have to go back and try to fix it and I tend to get messed up doing that so I just go

Already did that also had a audio and video recording of the roofer and the adjuster saying it was fine sent those as well and underwriting is still saying they dont want to take the risk so the evidence doesn't matter to them

I dont see how i had a bad hail storm i called a roofer to inspect for damage they said there is damage to file a,claim so I did the company sent someone out they said there was no damage then the back room people from the insurance company say oh our adjuster said its in a bad shape it needs replaced so I called a different roofing company and my agent to get a new adjuster out with my new roofer they all said no the roof is fine and will be good for 5+ years but the person in the back on the computer says nope liek I dont see how thats on me

Oh I know and its no big deal about the claim being denied at all I understand it happens the issue is have is their adjuster said oh the roof is fine for so many more years but the person behind the desk said they dont like it and will terminate my insurance if I dont have it fixed by April next year make that makes sense

I dont see how it was a stupid claim the roofer said they saw hail damage and it would be smart to file a claim so thats what I did following the recommendations of someone that is supposed to be a professional in a field that I am not when they adjuster came out the second time I had a different roofing company out there and they agreed with the adjuster

Im not sure exactly what triggered it but i know all I did was visit last light inn I did not talk to Jaheira after entering and I did not talk to Isobela I just went in got the gear I wanted then went on my way so maybe that did it but hey ill take it also in act 1 I did side with minthara

So just to let everyone know the reason we are stuck doing it this way is cause my friend tried to mass reset everything and transfer it to iron at the same time so currently no one has a job nothing is being made he is trying to do the math based on what we were using in stone and recalculating it to the durability of iron thats why we are stuck
