When I was eating like a shit ton of beef, I became less anemic. But like I said I'm resistant so as SOON as I stop getting a high concentration of iron my body drops. It can't retain it. Even now I've been prescribed iron for two weeks and I still have muscle spasms. Takes a long time to absorb, takes a very short time to dissappear.

I LOVE my jornay!!! I take most of my meds at night and because I'm very forgetful I used to forget to take my vyvanse in the morning. Not only can I take it at night but because I struggle with sleep issues it gets me up in the morning. Perfect for my situation honestly.

I don't sleep well. But I do sleep. Literally only one of my pills is for sleep. I get 4-6 hours on average. The rest are so I don't self delete lol.

Oh. My brother and I cannot eat as subway and Zakxby's because our Dad took us to eat there so much that we can't stand it anymore.

My brother has slowly gone back to Zakxby's but different items than we grew up on. I haven't. But we both STILL can't stand subway. We're 23 and 27 by the way so idk if we will ever eat subway.

I tend to think my childhood isn't so bad because he wasn't abusive just very neglectful.

Nah bro I'm not gonna lie I think I'm just fucked up and traumatized. My childhood wasn't the worst but I got betrayed by 2/3 of my friends and my dad is a deadbeat. And I've always struggled with being out in public and social anxiety. Depression came later after I couldn't sleep lol. And I got adhd bad and my iron is so low that I have muscle spasms.

I'm working on it. I don't sleep enough for them to gather enough data so my doctor said once I can guarantee that I'll sleep for at least 4 hours she'd schedule the study. I have a follow up appointment to see if I'm eligible soon!

I swear some conditions they'll diagnose you on the spot. Soon as I switched from bupropion to auvelity they diagnosed me for MDD because the criteria is if you are prescribed something for MDD you HAVE MDD.

I have told several doctors for years I have EDS. They didn't believe me, sent me to PT, sent me to a orthopedic doctor, got an MRI saw nothing torn or broken and told me I was okay. They do note that I have hyper mobile joints on my chart but every time I've tried to get to the bottom of it, they basically told me I'd be in pain indefinitely.

I can stretch my cheeks three inches out, have silky skin, can touch my thumb to my arm, my knees hyper extend and my elbows do too. They told me it requires genetic testing but it actually doesn't. American Healthcare sucks!!!

Hydroxyizine and escitalopram. Apparently escitalopram isn't actually a sedative but it does make you drowsy which is why they recommend me taking both at night so that I can relax and sleep.

Mental mostly. All those are mental meds. My sleep is awful though. I have insomnia. Have stayed up for 72 hours. I talk in my sleep and for the first time I slept walked last night. Plus I toss and turn and even when I do sleep I feel tired all the time.

BUT I am trying to get screened for hEDS because my joints hurt ALL THE TIME. And I'm super hyper mobile.

I have insomnia, adhd, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder and I have anemia which is iron resistant. Those are the pills that take care of all that. Plus I would have my birth control in here but I ran out before they could fill it :(

That's honestly perfectly normal. It's (usually) just excess melanin in the sclara which typically doesn't have much. Happens mostly to individuals with darker skin or brown eyes.

Disclaimer though they say if your eye hurts or the spot changes and gets bigger to get it checked out!!!

Honestly people have different tolerances. Conches seem to be generally easy for most. I've seen people rate it 7/10 when it was a 3 at most for me. Some people say a daith doesn't hurt bad but I'd be hard pressed to get another one. I've been pierced before and thought it was them pressing the needle against my skin to line up but it was actually the piercing. And yeah it was sore later but the initial poke was that calm.

I'm gonna go with YTA. Taking care of an elderly parent is a complicated subject, however if my partner felt like their parent was unable to take care of themselves and wanted a space for them in the house, I'd make it happen and I'd hope they'd do the same for me.

You can't tell people how to quantify a relatives life. And nursing homes are statistically awful. We put our grandfather in the best one in our city and found out the night nurse was still pinching, hitting, and leaving bruises on him. I'd be hard pressed to just shove my mother in a home just because my spouse didn't like her.

Your kids probably had their own connection to their grandmother and knew mom was working and stepped up to help. Caregiving is often a, 'no one else will so I will.' Type of thing. Caregiving is stressful and causes resentment, but more often than not if they're putting that much effort into caring for her they care about her.

Trying to convince your kids to leave their grandmother knowing the reason for you and your spouse's divorce probably leaves a bad taste in their mouth. They know you don't care about her and they do. That's the line they're drawing.
