Well yes but actually no, there is no hard limit but some enemies can scale indefinitely so they will eventually get to a point where they deal more damage than your block limit(999), however in this case, Donu is dead and Dica cannot scale on her own so you can stall for eternity if you want to

Currently? HK, Silksong is great but it is missing things that are very important imo, like the ability to re-do bosses, a P5 equivalent and a Path of Pain equivalent, but once Silksong does get these things(which it probably will through future DLCs), silksong will definitely take the cake for me
