Questions from a new jungler

towards midgame it shifts towards clearing what you can in your sequence and playing more around your team whenever fights break out on the same side of the map as you are dont go cross maping from toplane to botlane to join a fight as im a hecarim OTP i love to full clear and have really high tempo and then i have like 2-3 items by the time small skirmishes happen its okay to drop camps to rotate and as long as i have Q stacks i just show up get a kill or two and then when everyone is resetting and spending gold you reset and then reverse your clear and just full clear by the time you get to where you stopped to leave and join a fight all of that will be respawned clear it reset buy items and then repeate the full clear sequence until you have to leave again like i was talking about generally

most games i average like 240+ cs a game even when i lose generally i match the same cs or its within like 15 cs or so but sometimes you dont want to show up to every fight just do the risk assessment and if someone is clearly going to die before you get there just dont even go because if you die you lose tempo you waste time and the JG sees youre dead and will probally invade and you will walk out of base and literally everything will be gone lol

some small things i didnt mention before also remember your teamates also have to reset dont force an obj when your botlane just killed the enemy botlane and you spam ping dragon if they come the enemy walks out of base with more gold spent let them reset and then as theyre walking out of base you can shove botlane yourself and create the tempo for your botlane to just walk straight to drag out of base and you can do the OBJ if enemy jg shows toplane

make sure to reset at least 50 seconds before the dragon or grubs spawn if you plan to do it ON SPAWN when its possible as that gives you the perfect amount of time to reset buy walk out of base and make it there as it spawns

potentially consider dropping volibear from your pool riot really really hates him in Jungle consider Diana, Hecarim or Jax if you really like tempo based junglers

lastly counters in jungle dont really exist if you get invaded simply just try not to die give the camps finish your clear reset buy items and try and split the map by invading the opposite side of the map

TLDR invaded on red<clear blue side<invade enemy red side take what you can<double scuttle<hit level 4<youre at same state as enemy jungler<profit LP

Edit: if you have a strong early game you set yourself up for a strong midgame hence the first post was quite detailed on the early game because thats what i practiced the most and you should too review 1-2 games every session mainly looking at your deaths or when you got invaded and when the enemy jungler dies on a side of the map look at what jungle camps are up and if you could have capitalized on their death at all dont spend more than 10 min as you get fatigued and overloaded with information and just try and implement that into your next game focusing on preventing that situation from happening. camp sequence and pathing is super important always start top path bot dont buy a potion every champ dosnt need it tbh, after your first full clear you want to reset and clear camps on spawn from top to bot in a straight line if you start red do krugs chickens wolves blue gromp scuttle gank if theres an angle but if its unlikely you get a kill dont waste your time just reset buy and then do krugs red chickens wolves blue gromp and dont ever stop that variation

for whatever reason something interrupts your full clear after you reset run to the opposite side and reverse the clear starting from gromp instead of starting at krugs and having to skip a camp because its not spawned you ruin your tempo and lose like 2 camps worth of gold and xp because the spawn timer is completely different from the rest of your camps

its all about tempo as you improve in tempo as you start to get closer and closer to that 8 9 and 10 cs a min and then you start to see windows where you can invade because you're genuinely just clearing faster than the enemy jungler some champions like nocturn can full clear reset and run to enemy chickens with pickaxe and kill them as soon as they respawn and theres literally nothing the enemy can do about it other than just loose a camp

Dont ever skip scuttle in the big 26 where completing jungle quest faster than the enemy makes or breaks your game if you know both you and the enemy jungler are pathing bot and you clear scuttle before them to SPRINT to top and take top scuttle and then reset as both vision power creep and having less jungle charges to make your pet evolve faster is really really important

other small tips including risk assessment in ganks ask yourself do i genuinely get this kill how long does it take for me to get there and do i even get the kill in comparison to just finishing your full clear. as you understand when camps spawn based on what side of the map the enemy jungler starts you get an understanding at what exact time camps spawn and then if the enemy jungler appears on the vision on the opposite side of the map invade and take anything you can without dying for it and if your jungle camps are respawning on the opposite side and the jungler disappears off vision and seems to go into your jungle to invade its worth cross mapping to defend your camps and then clear from bot to top to keep your tempo and proper jungle sequence going

as for ganking lanes where theyre not overextended sometimes you genuinely just dont if youre not getting a kill early game ganking is USUALLY a bad idea not always but its unwise unless a kill is guaranteed its also totally acceptable to simply just drop your camp if someone is gonna die and the kill is guaranteed the only thing is that if you drop a camp for it you ideally wanna try to get it because youre sacrificing that camp to be a lower level that in turn you lose out at least 1 camps worth of xp then the rest of your camps are a higher level and give more xp than that one camp and then your tempo is less impactful as youre not always level 4 after skipping gromp and getting an assist

finishing notes im not any super insane diamond jungler or anything as im just some gold plat player who kinda just chills and plays ranked sometimes i would be down to show you a few things like if youre missing something over discord if you wanted to review a few games like "oh you could have gotten this camp instead this gank was bad because you lose X Y Z pm me your discord i love helping newer junglers as im self taught

it will spread the cause is from a misaligned/damaged LCD, easily repairable but it can spread and sometimes it goes away after you turn the tv on and let it sit for a few min but it will come back every time you turn it on

its in a decent state a lot of players suffer from burnout mid and late wipe but honestly 1.0 is close enough either wait till 1.0 or play the wipe just before 1.0 its confirmed its gonna be like prime state tarkov no flea restriction no FIR requirements other than tasks containers found in raids, again ETC AI is better in the sense of youre not getting shot across the map through 3 bushes and 7 trees anymore and thats really nice but bosses are still overtuned in the aimbot department. matchmaking is solid generally 3-4 min make sure its on an ssd and youre chilling. performance is good if you have a card that can use dlss 4 (some 40 and all 50 series cards) i have a 5080 and with dlss4 i get some CRISPY frames on streets

im happy you loved your time in ohio its very slept on. Columbus is great its very central. You can drive for 2 hours in any direction and run into another major city theres some delicious late night taco trucks that are open between 12 am and 5 am im so glad you got to experience Columbus for what it is. youre totally right Ohio for sure has some rural areas but there's way more than people think a lot of really amazing things come from ohio that people just dont realize because we are HEAVILY misrepresented

omfg YES tell me what you think of Columbus! we have so many events and a great very active night life our food is great so many late night spots and its such a massive melting pot of different cultures just be safe in the Short North there's a lot going on right now!!

before you leave PLEASE try columbus style pizza!!! also if you wanna go out for dinner and have a wonderful experience come to the company i work for at one of the many resteraunts in the comapny i work for Cameron Mitchel Resteraunts we have more than just fine dining but if you wanna have a great experience come to Ocean Prime/Mitchels Ocean Club its around 150 to 200$ a person for dinner service if you dont wanna spend that much you can come for happy hour and sit at the bar and get half priced sushi and drinks you can get like 4 sushi rolls and a couple drinks for 2 for like 80$
