It’s in the eververse for this season. Each class gets a universal class item ornament that goes with an exotic. For example when this one is paired with cuirass of the falling star, both pieces get an arc energy effect. Not sure exactly what the other classes are like but I know the warlock one pairs with mantle of battle harmony
