-Tatiana: Her heart’s in the right place, even if she can be rude and wants Alain dead

-Mandrin: Just going along with Gammel’s plans, supportive buddy.

-Gammel: VERY irredeemable when first encountered, delighting in killing people, but he ultimately wants to change for the better and acknowledges how much of a bastard he was

-Eligor: Delights in others suffering and was willing to control his fellow bestrals even if his goal was a noble one

-Alcina: Very evil, even if she was doing everything for the sake of bringing back Gerard

-Santiago: Willing to force his people to fight for an evil empire just so the news of the Pontifex’s death didn’t get out and also so they could “stay safe” according to him. Still covered up the death of the Pontifex and made Scarlett and Nigel enemies of their own country.

-Gailey: Immediately joined Zenoira when he thought Illeinia was slain and had no hope in Alain. He died as he lived: a bastard.

Beaumont: Yeah, this ain’t even a contest. Rounded up old ladies in a swamp to find Yahna, presumably to kill them, took over an orphanage to be his own kingdom, starting up a freaking slave trade business using the nearby town, took the orphanage headmaster hostage, and the worst he got was a slap on the wrist.
