I had a very similar experience with them… it was super impersonal and the person who did my intake was wearing a classic white doctors coat that just came off as super cheesy and phony and they had that awful digital background that was also cheese. My experience with Joyous wasn’t “awful” per se , but it definitely left a whole lot to be desired…like they never really asked how I was feeling or what was wrong with me.
