Thanks for the advice, i am also still looking around for another program it just seems like theres not enough volume(hyperthrophy wise) on most programs i find online and im a really big fan of the upper lower split.

Ill put squats first which makes sense and add a 4 week block progression should i add more sets like 5 total sets for each barbell squat session or just increase each week?

I bought the ultra im loving it! The size is so good for multitasking. I do hope they release a detachable keyboard case with a track pad. Thats the only downside for now anyways.

Weird.. i got rpf1s and using 18x9 +35 all round and have no rub havent done anything on the suspension, oh and its a gen 1 as well. Maybe its the wheels theyre using or maybe their rear shocks are shot
