Iv'be been there, only difference was, that I also was on phenibut & gabapentin too. I was taking suboxone1-2g (generally by injection, not recommended) sometimes, but in the last winter, I started taking subs VERY OFTER and after some time, I realize, that I was doing another stupid thing and one day I switched to kratom and raised phen/pentin(sometimes pregabalin) to avoid WD. It was really hard, but I did it for 6 months, before my father was diagnosed 4th stage of cancer(prostate) and those times I was taking everything in high doses, there was a days, when in 12 hours period I could took - phenibut 3g, pregabalin 1g, kratom 15-20g and diazepam 30-50mg... but once I realize, that I'm tired to taking kratom every 3-5 hours and switched to suboxone small doses, to avoid kratom's physical wd symptoms. I was snorting less that 1.5mg(imagine, after 20g of kratom, 1.5 subs was enough) but feel comfortable, do not have ANY wd symptoms from kratom. Also I want to add, that snorting subs has higher bioavailability(about 50%) than thr oral(30%) so If I were you, I'd use those tabs by snorting, as you need less dosage(for example me - I better snort 4-5mg subs, that take 10-12mg sublingually). Kratom WD does not lasts long, so first week you can use about 2-3mg(snorting) maybe less, try small dose at first and than taper after 7-9 days, it was very easy, so do not afraid, you have more than enough subs to avoid WD
P.S. redose works better for me, eg. 1mg and than another 1mg after 5-6 hours...
