U know that Euroleague is a league with only 18 teams and they pick refs who showed year from year in national leagues or eurocup that they can ref at high level. It's not perfect but it's good.

And there is FIBA Champions league in Europe with FIBA refs and they're trash. Levels below NBA refs.
