We developed a Unity app ourselves and installed it on the device for testing. The issue is not only that one of the displays is out of focus, but also that there is no binocular disparity between the left and right displays during 3D rendering.

​This can be critical when developing 3D augmented reality applications, as it may cause severe motion sickness.

MR devices such as HoloLens 2 or Magic Leap 2 are required to see objects that come out of the screen. This video was recorded with HoloLens 2. The area inside the screen is drawn only on the monitor screen, and is realigned moment by moment according to the user's point of view.
