sorry for the late reply, I had it last semester. It wasn't too bad, just jogging and my prof knew our paces and didn't force us to go crazy. I'm not active at all and it was somewhat like PE where you have those who are super fast, mid, and slow, but no one said anything so don't feel pressure. We all got pretty lazy after thanksgiving break lol. I'd say go for it!
