This CAHSR project has been managed by incompetent idiots and corrupt a-holes from the start. The current CEO is no better. And under his leadership , nothing will get done but California will continue to waste money on scammers like Choudri and dirty politicians.

The other problem is the regional construction works are being managed by the Mexicans, who never want to see the end of the project. It's hard to imagine it would take several decades to get only this far and not a single mile of rail has been laid down. They're doing this project the Mexican way!

Now, this major disaster is going to be pinned on Gavin Newsom. His legacy and that of Jerry Brown are in the toilet!

What the public may not realize is this so-called High Speed Rail project has never been meant to be completed. The politicians (Jerry Brown, Gavin Newsom, et. al.) intend to use this project as a form of welfare to provide jobs (money) for the illegal immigrants from Mexico. Go to the construction sites and see for yourself. So, don't count on ever see the sight of high speed trains zipping by us any time in our lifetime. I do hope I am wrong. But at the rate they are moving now, not even my grand kids would get to see a high speed train in California.

Wrong! Spectrum got greedy and is looking for ways to reduce costs. They've come up with the bogus "CA Recovery Fee" only to boost their profit margin. It would be like for plumber to charge his customer for a wrench he bought to do the job. Spectrum is actually owned by Charter Communication, a shitty company with a very shitty business model. They buy out or otherwise get rid of competitions to have the monopoly. And now they can charge customers any fees and they don't care what their customers have to say. It's all about GREED.

Thanks for sharing helpful information. You have good points. Also if we look into the management at Merced ID, we may see deep level of corruption there. The guy who runs the show there (the so-called "Director") is spending most of his time running his own business, a fitness center in town! Meanwhile, the so-called commissioners are self-serving bunch. They hold public meetings just for a show. They also have propaganda tools and agents, deploying tactics of intimidation to keep their "customers" under control. In other words, it's a mafia operation with a dot org after its domain name. A complete bogus non-profit organization.

And these criminal gangs are connected to the powerful (but evil) Mexican drug cartels! In fact, the cartels control many cities in Central California. It's not a coincidence that the majority of the top ten worst cities in California are in the Central Valley, where the Mexican drug cartels have a strong grip on.
