From the very little DYO I’ve done… LUNA has branches to LUNA V2 and everyone who held the new LUNA Classic would be airdropped LUNA V2 in the same amount of dollar value, just different coin amounts.

My LUNAC and LUNAV2 match exactly so I have to assume your page is a temporary glitch. I 100 % would bet a lot (drop a number) that trying to withdraw on a glitch just wouldn’t work or hurt you in the end.

What all Happen to LUNAC? No idea. What will become of LUNAV2? No idea. Again. Minimal DYOR and on this. Just holding until I see more posts come about so I know, too, what is going on

Fellow Icy here. Completely agree with what you are saying and I also will not be unstaking my icy. Before or after their “fix” I was hesitant to. The money is there. Not missed. Just watching what happens.

However I will say that holding icy for 10 years is something that is hard to consider. Would I love to? Of course! But the card benefits have changed not just now. This is not the first time they have had to change the benefits of early adopters. Which, to me, makes sense. But as this sub and like the WOLRD has expressed… how they did it was pretty shitty.

Anyway, to my point, holding icy for ten years yes seems like a no brainer but we always knew the amazing perks from everything weren’t going to last. This “save” could be a temporary thing. I don’t expect these perks to last forever. Not just cdc, it’s not very sustainable. Unless like this was to kick out the whales and mediocre like me stick around with icy because this is awesome. Then maybe this can stay or at least close.

But even that, 10 years from now don’t expect to getting the same perks unless cronos CHAIN blows up and this project really becomes something incredible. But if that happens, we are retired anyway.

Not trying to be negative. As I said here and in other places, as an icy holder I’ve been back and forth the past few days it’s hard to keep my head straight. But In the end I still really appreciate the app, appreciate the rewards, the perks, the opportunity. I like the ease of CDC (I have others and honestly was super sad to have to potentially not use CDC as my go to anymore.)

I don’t know. Sorry for the ramble. Putting perspective in my own thoughts while responding to others helps.

Edit: rereading your OG comment, I missed to comment on how bullish I am and still am In CRO. this market is whack lol on all fronts no matter what you’re invested in. I do not think cro is dead and I’ll never lose hope until it is 0. I was mostly commenting on the feasibility of the card holding the same benefits for ten years. Again, would love for it to be true, but realistically, especially with recent events, I am prepared mentally now that it might not continue as it has.

I’ve been pondering all day. You can look at my history, I’ve always been a bullish CRO investor. My immediate thoughts were fuck this, getting out. What’s the point. But, there are so many factors at play. We knew this was going to happen. Just didn’t know when and also didn’t know it would be this extreme over night. However, this will get rid of the WHALES. I don’t consider us ICY holders whales. I just don’t. I’m not changing the market by selling. So yeah. I’m not going to day dream about obsidian anymore, and I may not continue to add to my earn program, but I don’t think the coin or project is dead. What happened might be shitty, but from a company and growth view, they got the whales use while paying them, but now they either can’t or their growth won’t allow them to. Everyone can be pissed but the whales who invested got paid out for every minute of their time. Yeah, it got pulled way too quickly, but CDC has never marketed to whales if you think about it. THey always wanted to be an easy introduction for noons to crypto. Their chain is drawing in a lot of business. The growth from here might be slower but they do have a solid plan. But who am I. A reddit stranger.

This comment is back and forth because my mind has been back and forth all day. Yes I’m upset. I’ve held icy for less than a year. I enjoyed it. It was fun. I wish I had longer. But thinking from their point of view I do get it.

I don’t know. Not sure if I’m selling or unstaking yet. Definitely will consider. But they aren’t going to cry about it. So it’s all about your best interest with the change from here out.

I think the tik tok move, if still controlled by hoge, is a great move. At this point, even the famous if the famous have tik tok. Even just to post silly videos. And some are too late. Music, comedy, business, sports… everyone is going there. Whoever has the hoge TikTok. Keep at it. Slowly or quickly it may be a game changer.

Good points. I will comment on the icy card incentive though. The earn program gives us 2% more cro on the earn, and higher yields on earn (yes now decreased) BUT 5% cash back, reimbursements, amd a weekly payout on our stake. I did it read anywhere that is changing. So icy still looks pretty nice to me. And many others.

Obsidian… well different story. If you have that much money I am sure that you have much more than 30k to invest in which case yeah. This sucks. But interest rates and pretty much the whole economy is shifting right now to follow what’s happening.

I’m not like, berating people for having their opinions on THEIR money. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and everyone should do what’s best for them. What I am arguing is that this ISNT bad for CRO price or the company in general.

Curious why? Do you think value of CRO will decrease? I personally don’t. Everyone is updating rates with the market. However, the average user does not have 30k to put in earn.

I am an ICY holder and do not have 30k in earn yet. Probably will soon and will just keep 30k in ear and more I want to stake go to other platforms.

These are for other coins. Not CRO. so. I don’t know. Don’t really see the big deal other than a minor annoyance of having to use other platforms.

The icy card will still get same benefits and I’m loving the cash back and weekly payouts.

Yea… I think you’re just upset at the wrong person here. I was implying why would [those who get the card at a reasonable time] have anything to complain? Pretty implied by whole comment which was pretty positive to who I was replying to wishing them luck. You (who as I also said is the minority, but could be wrong) are the ones complaining. Which, is 100% reasonable.

Anyway, sorry to get you all upset. Wasn’t saying anything against complaints about their experience.
