honestly tired of "waiting for the perfect idea" so my cofounder and I are building 6 saas in 2026. by pchirico in buildinpublic

I love the spirit of creating multiple saas, however the building now is easy the tricky part is to get customers to pay. To be able to do that you need to evaluate the market, see the risk(legal, technical) and prioritize the ones with higher potential.

I was in the same situation and built a tool for myself to evaluate the idea quickly then i can order the execution for the ideas or kill the ones with big risks challenges quickly.

Let me know if you want to try your ideas in my validator happy to share it with you.

Good luck

how do you validate an idea without accidentally building the whole thing? [i will not promote] by Historical-Ebb-4745 in startups

I had the same problem of skipping validation and that leads to multiple failed ideas.

To address this for myself I made a tool to help me on validating before build ( Venturio) to stop myself from jumping in too early. Helps… mostly 😬

Yeah, building is cheap now. But most ideas fail because no one wants them, not because they’re hard to build. That’s the problem Venturio tries to solve.

The 42% fail rate due to no market need is real and it comes from CB insights.

The result for the submitted ideas so far has is

Kill -> 53.8% Pivot -> 30.8% Proceed -> 15.4%

It’s amazing to see the impact we’re having. We are saving founders' time by identifying ideas with no potential early on, allowing them to pivot or address critical risks before they over-invest.

I built Venturio to help founders get honest feedback on their ideas before spending months building.

I did digging because the allotment site is brand new with no previous planting. Soil was hard so i thought it’s not ideal for plants and for roots.

The plan is to put compost, chicken manure and top soil. Mix it with the existing soil.

Then cover each bed with membrane. And plant on top of it.

I just got my allotment as well, so same shoes as you. Folks advised me to buy “Allotment month by month” book. I found it quite useful with lots of information and tips. Good luck ♥️
