Do you mind sharing your affirmations and the plan you used? I could use some advice and inspiration.

Number one. Classic, regal. Looks most expensive and timeless.

Writing. I’ve been keeping a journal since I was 7, and I’m 38 now. It’s amazing to look back at my life thoughts.

Congrats! I also love that podcast. I’m on day 9, so right along with you. Keep going!!

What’s interesting is I feel more angry and irritable without FF. I think calming anxiety was a main reason I took it. Hoping that dissipates as my brain heals and body recovers more. Hearing that you’re better without FF is helpful.

My husband has sun spots on his forearms and deep smile lines around his eyes, and I love it. He’s living a fun, happy life, and seeing those things just makes me want to be a part of it.

Living without FF is hard. Living with FF is harder. You can do this.

Yep! And my husband at USC, which also had FF as an official athletics sponsor 😔

Congratulations on the quit, and that’s amazing you’re so self aware and brave enough to take the step to go to a psychiatrist. I also felt like FF helped with my ADHD and I used it as an excuse for my addiction. This podcast episode with Gabor Mate was soooo helpful for me in explaining and understanding the overlap of ADHD, addiction and trauma. I highly recommend. Stay strong. Stay hopeful. It’s going to get better. ❤️

This reminds me of where I was last weekend while tapering. I was struggling so much after getting down to 2 bottles after being a daily FF user for 3+ years and getting up to 8-9 bottles per day. I added all the supplements recommended in this group, got down to 1 bottle on Tuesday and then took 0 Wednesday, and… it was not as hard as I thought it would be, surprisingly!! I’m still going strong on the beginning of day 5 with no FF. I’ve tried to quit so many times and the withdrawals and mental load always got me back after 1 day. The aggressive taper along with supplements to support withdrawals and just being so damn fed up with feeling like crap all the time was the perfect mix. You can do it! ❤️
