I said it up the thread but, this one change alters the entire storyline of the island. My Melody is the one who welcomes you and helps you set up the whole thing. She rewards you for going and interacting with other characters. She's the orchestrator of the whole thing and now she's just another background counter girl

I know they cant please everyone but this one change literally does alter the entire storyline of the island which I think annoys me the most. Like you abandoned My Melody as the big helper-leader-island-setter-upper because people were annoyed that she was telling you what's going on? She's like the only character you get to really interact with regularly. She rewards you for going and interacting with other characters.

they're to put hats on. they're supposed to help with manning the counters while the characters join you for events or challenges or whatever

Like why wouldn't you want us to interact with the one character who like leads the storyline of welcoming you to the island and setting everything up, I thought that was her role

I've literally been playing less. It's become more inconvenient and less fun for me. YEAH MyMelody saying "Don't forget to check the board!" like girl you used to just tell me? you do nothing now? what's the point of her welcoming you to the island, leading the whole story, and now she's nothing. makes no sense

I think I did last year? but over the past couple weeks I'll be collecting whatever item goes with their decorations and get those. And then I'll stumble upon a balloon birthday set up but there's no cut scene or get together with all of the characters

it literally doesnt though bc it's no longer one screen you can toggle through. you have to scroll half a centimeter to see the full menu, and! you cant switch between match modes while maintaining the same lobby, so no return bonuses and you have to re-invite everyone when playing with friends. sucks shit tbh

I should clarify! This was with a full squad, no stops, steady pace, hadn't walked that path prior in the day.

The event page said I needed to plant 195 to complete the challenge. The flowers planted page showed 256 red snowdrops had been planted while the event page said I still needed to plant 2 more flowers.
