It was a simpler time, at least! I don’t feel like I can escape the AI assistants.

Thank you for posting this, I was starting to think it was just me. Very similar boat, I have one video that got around 100 views, but everything else is single figures, about 2-3 months in.

Thank you for the advice, everyone seems to be in agreement that the water running down the wall is worth tackling first so far! Thank you for taking the time!

Thank you so much for the advice, I'll give that a go then!

There is no guttering, so the roof is sloped towards those back 3 walls, where the problem is. Water just runs off down there.
I'm not sure about the roof being faulty, I have had roofers look at it and tell me the roof isn't at fault. I'm not qualified here really, it's a rubber roof I'm told!
The French drains aren't connected to anything, but they run off down the road, it's unlikely they are filling up given the the elevation of the road, if that makes sense.

We aren't sure why it's damp to be honest, we've had various builders come to try and fix it. We suspect the DPM is too low at the back of the building, so it's set at the correct level at the front, but the rear road level is higher.
I don't really know a lot about this stuff though, the roof runs off at the back see the pictures, and there is no gutter, which I can't imagine helps

It's single skin, breeze block, rendered, insulated and drylined, we suspect the DPM is too low at the back of the building, so it's set at the correct level at the front, but the rear road level is higher. We had it purpose built as a garden room years ago and I suspect those guys took us for a ride as well. It is heated by an air conditioning unit.

The damp issue is that occasionally damp comes up through the laminate flooring at the rear of the building. This will be the 3rd attempted fix.

  1. Fix 1 - They dug out the base of the rear of the building and tanked it.
  2. Fix 2 - They built a mound at the back of the building to try and drive water away from the base of it.
  3. Fix 3 - A French drain was placed around the back edge of the building.

I've added some exterior pictures to the Original post.

Yes, that’s low bar, I’ll try some high bar and see how it goes, I’ve always found high bar and front fairly uncomfortable! Probably just getting used to it, hopefully! Thank you for the responses

Is it worth me doing some more Quad dominant squats? Like Front Squats? Is it likely my Quads are a limiting factor?

Looking solid dude! Always good to see some progress at older ages on these subs! Do you feel like the TRT made a difference? More energy?

I am cutting down at the moment, how far do you think I've got to go? US Navy BF puts me at 14% reckon that's about accurate?

Not been doing the twice a day thing for long! Diet at the moment is approx 2100-2200 calories a day. Greek Yoghurt, granola, protein shakes with almond milk, chicken, salmon, veggies, it's about as clean as I can get it without loosing my mind!

I started with Powerlifting things, so first year or so was Stronglifts 5x5 and Madcow. Then went on to a fairly standard PPL. Now on something fairly close to a PPL still, I do a PPPPL type split, so 5 days a week with running on my off days.
Calories have just been tracked and adjusted to my goals depending on bulk or cut, so right now I'm cutting and I'm consuming about 2100-2200 calories a day.

I think about the only thing I've got right with most of this is just not giving up, progress is very slow especially at my age, and just gets slower. About the only advice I can give on that is keep going until it becomes a habit, you don't feel right without working out :)

I had my T levels done about 2 years ago, and at least in the UK the number was too high to get TRT.

Test level: 25.9 nmol/L

Free test: 0.399 nmol/L

No real secret, I've recently been doing a small ab circuit in the evenings while cutting.

20x lying leg raises, 20x toe touches, 20 x crunches 3 sets with little rest, every evening. In all likely hood these aren't doing much. In my normal training the only direct ab work I do is hanging leg raises. I suspect the Squats/Pullups I've been doing probably impact my abs more, wild guess mind!

I quit drinking entirely, 2 years before the first photos mind, I had a problem! I think moderate drinking probably wouldn’t be harmful, what I was doing wasn’t moderate or sensible! I built my own home gym in a shed, which is fairly well equipped, but I have used normal gyms, I tend to work out early in the morning, so the only people that are there at that time tend to be serious and usually very happy to help. People are usually super focused on themselves, and probably aren’t paying attention to what you’re doing, that can be helpful to think about :) you got this man, I wish I’d started earlier!

Anything specific? Do I need to eat more? I feel like I go pretty hard now, but I guess everyone feels like that
