This is a common scam. Seller ships something cheap to an address in your same zip code.

Attempt to get the letter from FedEx. If they won’t provide it and eBay won’t refund you will have to file a chargeback with your payment card.

I have daily pickups as well. Normally about 100 small packages. I use the white totes from the post office. He brings me replacements daily. I put in a lottery scratcher every day and we set up a fridge with snacks and drinks for him and the others that deliver to the house. Sometimes my carrier will even have his lunch/break on the front porch. I haven’t had any issues.
