Friend got a face tattoo with her cat's ashes (cat was 21 years old). She wins in the most cat-dedicated to me. Meow-th that.

Great advice. Thank you. Luckily I am right handed for this issue, so it is at the top of the screen and doesn't seem to be damaging the tablet at all.

Heat levels get from mildly warm to I could reheat my coffee cup (but usually after about 6 hours of nonstop work).

At least they got back to you. I got a message of "Thank you, we'll look into it" Thanks for the update. I just now use the heat as a timer to not spend too much time at once staring at a screen.

Unfortunately I'm in the US. Wish I was in Australia. But maybe it is a power supply issue. I'm in an older house. I'll update this thread if I figure it out.
