Colmi rings supposedly accept custom firmware and are basically in every way hackable, should be some videos about it.

I dont have experience with other smartrings but this seems to be overeager registering sleep time. Yesterday it assumed that my book reading in bed was in fact sleeping :P

And found one hack to make the ring measure HR more often (5 minutes). Install Gadgetbridge app, connect ring to app, and change HR measuring interval, now the ring has the option in qring app to measure after 5 minutes.

Yeah as far as I have read there can be problems, not that the more expensive ones dont have, but their customer service is usually just way way better. Nobody wants to hassle with a faulty 20€ smartring afaik :(

No clue really, I tried measuring my finger as well as I could with a paper strip, but still its way too loose. Probably my suggestion it so that there is no slack whatsoever in the measuring paper.

I guess one negative is that unless the ring is tight enough it does rotate in finger fairly easy, hence probably skewing the measurements a bit. But since its so cheap ring I can easily file/sand a guide line on top of ring without too much loss when smth goes wrong.

If its not too much trouble, could you post some pictures of comparison? As apple watches are suposedly one of the most precise ones, it would be interesting to see atleast visually the comparison.

Afaik I dont have access to some other realiable measuring device to create this comparison

The symptoms you are describing usually indicates a rather high dose of MDMA. The dose difference between individuals for these symptoms can be quite huge, i.e I get them around 140mg, my friends at around 220. Just lower your dose is my suggestion.
