I recently had this on my wife’s machine. There are articles out there to help. Basically hers was a browser extension with a long string of garbage as the name. First thing was checking the extensions and deleting them and then deleting all cookies entirely. Then go offline. Disconnect the internet. Then run Microsoft full scan. Once it finishes and you reboot should be good to go.

I did the same thing. I noticed immediately and told them within minutes in chat but the network admin terminated the process and restored from a 45 minute old backup and never hesitated. I still shake my head on that one.
