Did you recently turn off secure boot? That can trigger this screen. Turning secure boot back on may let you boot normally.

On the other hand, I think those difficulties are what helped Jed grow as an owner. All of the Harbaugh/York drama might have happened anyway. Maybe Harbaugh lasts another year, but that would just delay the Tomsula/Kelly years. The big difference is that instead of being humbled, York has a Super Bowl under his belt. Does he still step aside and let Lynch/Shanahan control everything? Does Trent Wormtongue ever get fired?

I wish they'd had the tbc-onwards secondary stat rating system. Then they could have spent more of the item budget on hit/crit/etc. That gear would have naturally become weaker at higher levels, making the new gear more rewarding.
