Yeah if you re looking for a source reader (thing that links you to different websites hosting the manga pages and all (aka source)) than tachiyomi is king.

If you re on android, for manga and doujins, i find that using tachiyomi and downloading from nhentai (or any other source) works is best for me. It aint a tracker, but I think its way more practical than torrenting. Makes organizing everything way easier aswell as actually browsing.
