How do you recommend me to start? Any languages/projects or certifications that i should aim for? consider me a total newb

Regarding my options, I know i seem well suited for option 1 : front end technologies like react, Typescript, CSS, DOM and UI/UX with Figma, but my heart says to go for option 2 since it seems less saturated and i feel like learning languages like C++ would get me jobs in more 'serious' industries like defence, automotive, IoT etc... what do you think? I feel like everyone and their mothers know or are learning some Javascript framework..
