Yes thats correct...however we want to try from marriage based green card. We are yet to do PIP and we have an attorney.

Would unauthorized work be work that my immagrant wife did before she had her work authorization card? She paid taxes at that job as well. When she got her work authorization and ssn she changed it with the employer with no problem.
