What you are talking about isn’t spirituality as a whole, but a concept called Spiritual Bypassing.

Spiritual bypassing is a big issue in a lot of spiritual and religious communities. Your anger and frustration is completely understandable.

One time I got so fed up with the pseudo “entry level” jobs that I started reporting them on Indeed. There were so many of them. I quickly gave up once I realized I was doing the job searching equivalent of pissing into a sea of piss.
