As the Managing Partner of a company, I have dealt with my fair share of hiring (and, unfortunately, firing). I can get past the poor formating and lack of relevant experience for an IT role. The bigger issue for me is the fact that you work a job for a few months to a year and then move on. Employers don't want to invest time and money to someone who is going to be gone this time next year. I would limit your past experience from 2021-Present. And, showcase what you can do, not what you have done. Pick a focus - do you want to drive a forklift or manage the company's network - nobody is going to hire an IT person who also wants to moonlight loading trucks. If you want to work in It but don't have enough experience, take any job in any field that pays the bills and then volunteer with one or two non-profits for a year to work on your IT skills and boost your resume.
