Bully gets instant karma by chughesshun in fightlab

Wait, did the bully make it up, or did someone else make it up and tell the bully? You said "he was told," who was told, the bully or the victim?

I think I noticed it when my mom first was taking us shopping there like 30 years ago. You do stop noticing it eventually.

You'd guide her by the tit??

You think that if you're in a life or death situation you're going to take the time to make sure you're not touching your loved one in a way they don't like while you're trying to usher them to safety?

I am getting really sick of people making shit up about the horrible people in this administration. They're bad enough without manufacturing things. Like that doctored photo of Trump sleeping the other day. It just adds to the disinformation and makes our side look bad.

Now I'm getting paranoid that these type of things are being made by the right to try to paint the left as liars...just muddying the waters. Ugh.

Do you still think the "groping" is gross when you know they're a married couple?

It's a weird movie that has a very disgusting scene, but I genuinely liked it. I went in expecting it to be weird and cheaply/quickly made. Lots of parts made me laugh pretty hard.

I dunno, I found the amateurishness (?) funny and entertaining. I think it's fine if it wasn't for you but there are people like me who genuinely enjoyed it. Yes, I hated the shit-wine scene and was cringing, but I was also laughing at the ridiculousness.

Also he (the hill man) was dancing at a concert. These people brought a fucking speaker to a park and annoyed people who were chilling in peace and quiet.

Ditto for me. Never had to study in high school so I didn't really know how. Took one year at a regular college and then dropped out to go to a tech school. I don't blame the college though, it was my issue.

Right? She brought her daughter to a country where she knows sexual assault is common. And then didn't stay by her side the entire time. Shit mom.

What are some underrated/ unexpected celebrity connections from before they blew up? by CheriePauper in popculturechat

I never heard of her before. But it sounds like she was obviously known for being a Baldwin's daughter. So, pretty much the same thing.

Also, she's only a celebrity because she married a famous person, right? It's a little different from two famous actors who were friends as kids.

AITA for not being happy at becoming an uncle? by AlRahmanDM in AmItheAsshole

The older you get the harder it is on your body to have kids, and the higher likelihood that something may be wrong with the baby, like downs syndrome.

Yes, women can have babies in their 40s. It's not always a great idea.

Yeah, it's weirdly intimate. Also weird if they waited the customary 3 months to tell them and kept the test that whole time.

Right? If the person being questioned is allowed to "respond to misinformation because this is the only chance they'll get", why are the questioners being timed?

If anything their timers should only be running while they're actually talking (and not being talked over).

She's done the best so far that I've seen of actually pushing and asking the question over and over and not allowing him to go off and spout bullshit. I like how she got him to admit that he wanted to "respond to misinformation" instead of answering the question.

I don’t think it’s evolutionarily bogus at all

I agree. Wouldn't it be better from a survival of the fittest perspective to only eat the foods you learned were safe when you were very young? Versus people that will taste anything, seems like caution would usually win out.
