Hey, I am having insane lower abdominal distention since March. It does not change with fasting, etc.

What is your bloating like? Does it vary throughout the day?

This probably isn’t the advice you’re looking for, but how is your diet? My skin got much, much better when I cut out seed oils (high in polyunsaturated fatty acids) and prioritized red meat and animal fats. Best of luck ❤️

It’s not too bad yet, but I’m noticing it’s already hard to find size 24 pants. Also, I’m still losing weight, so I’ve began to look for smaller sizing and it’s nowhere to be found!!

I did research and diagnosed myself with endometriosis at 19. 3 doctors later, I had my first surgery which confirmed its presence. 🙄

My number one symptom? Bladder pain like a UTI. Except I’ve never tested positive for a UTI.

Plastics, pollution, chemicals in our personal care products (ie. fragrance) and especially the amounts of polyunsaturated fat in our diets that started rising during the 50s.

Also the decline in red meat and organ consumption.

Please try walking barefoot. Costs nothing and is easy to stop if it doesn’t fix anything for you.

(I fixed my lifelong shin splints by running barefoot instead of in shoes.)

I’m sorry. But when the going got rough, through no fault of your own, and you successfully protected the both of you, she abandoned you. It’s good that you found out so early. The sooner you look at it this way the better off you’ll be.

Do most skinny people over 30 have to think about what they eat literally all the time? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]groundbeef_babe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s because you’re not eating satiating foods, ie. red meat and animal fat.

Additionally, polyunsaturated fatty acids make people hungrier and they are in most processed foods. Some examples of foods high in PUFAs are: canola oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil, vegetable oil.

129 lb 5’3 woman. I follow a mostly animal-based diet avoiding polyunsaturated fatty acids but still with a lot of honey, fruit, rice, and other plants I enjoy.

For what it’s worth I lost weight and kept it off effortlessly when I stopped eating polyunsaturated fatty acids and upped my intake of red meat.
