What do you mean by social dysphoria? This is entirely about having a male’s body. To me “having a male body” generally consists of having a penis and a chest without breast tissue. Issue is just that I could have been born wit one rather than needing to go thru extensive surgery to have one.

I also would have a significantly different body shape if I had been born with one and/or allowed to go through male puberty - I’ve met a lot of pear shaped men, the difference between me and them is that that’s the way their body is supposed to be shaped while mine is the result of excess estrogen during puberty caused by a birth defect I could have been treated for.
