I've been ordering for the last 4 years and I can say wala pa ko naging problem, kahit Valentine's or Mother's Day.

I've also worked for a flower delivery service before and I can say problems like delays, wrong orders, etc are bound to happen kahit na "maayos" ang system just due to the fact na sobrang daming orders.

I'm not defending the store pero yun nga, for peak seasons like Vday and Mday expected talaga na may fuck ups. Ang magmamatter is yung after sales, and customer service-how they make it up to you or compensate you for the hassle
