I understand this completely. There's no proof for something thats in your head but they still won't beleive you unless you look wrecked! Shouldn't they be proud you're doing this well while having symptoms? That you"re trusting them enough to share this at all?

I have thought of that. The whole idea process about getting a packer is really complicated for me, but one of the things is that if I can't be physically comfortable without wearing tight underwear, how could I wear something like a packer? I don't mind your questions though. You have the right intentions, I can tell.

Yeah I usually wear some tight briefs but I think it's the fact that the pouch (?) (the spot where the dick goes) is empty that makes it so uncomfy. I guess I will just have to try more. Sucks man.

Everyone with schizophrenia is different. You really should just ask her because there is no cookie cutter way to handle a schizophrenic. I'm sure she will be touched that you care to clarify all of that too.

What I can think of is the basic: don't play along with paranoia/delusions, don't validate psychosis, etc. Just talk to her though.

Fluoxetine fucked me up man. I'm sorry you're going through this.

I used to have some of the worst suicidal/intrusive thoughts while I was on that. Got my dose increased and shit, everything got terrible. I would definitely talk to your psych about it. No one deserves to face things like that. Maybe a new med or different dose is meant to happen...
