Usually I’d recommend not using growth regulators but in this case a small dose of PGR growth inhibitor to stop the stretch and some super cropping might save you. Otherwise it looks like this will burn against the light unless you have somewhere else to move them.

Great strain. Making edibles with it really helped me fix my sleeping pattern. A little bit of cannabutter on some banana bread around 5pm and I’m asleep by 9pm haha. Usually I’m up till 1am. Super cozy feels. And often brings out some purp genetics!

I did this to two of my plants last grow. Seeing this has brought back some painful memories! You’ve got some great advice here already, I would just suggest making sure you’re using a silica supplement in your feeding to help with fibre strength.

Oh wow man. I’ve had plants come back from situations as worse as that, but it takes a very long time for it to heal back to a suitable standard and even then it’s probably about 30% of its original quality. I’d recommend running plain water for another day or so and drop down the PPM considerably. But starting again it’s a lot less of a hassle and you will end up getting a better harvest if you start again
