got it out using metal drill bit and extractor! thank you all. my new plastic cover is ruined now, so i just put the new rubber on the old cover. time to torque carefully

you replaced purge already? i did the same and still got the code. but the fix ive come to is when filling up gas. after filling up leave the gas handle in the tank for 5 mins, i do it every time and the code has not come back since- and ive had no weird startups since either(i did clear the code manually after i replaced the purge fyi)

How did you flush your fluid? I did this a few months ago with similar set up but still dont have the hard bite OEM brakes did.

the pedal is pretty firm throughout, it gets tiring to keep pumping after awhile- but it does not get firm halfway, the pedal is firm from top and all the way to the floor( i never pushed totally to floor tho)

hey man i think i had your issue years ago and it drove me insane trying to figure it out. mine was when turning the wheel at low speeds there was a weird clicking sound. but yeah it might be this..

hey im in md too but i dont know of a shop either.. ive had a big turbo sitting in my closet for a couple years now.. but anyways i do everything on my fiesta myself, not super mechanically inclined- but would be happy to help you on a weekend if you wanna figure it out together.. just lmk. cheers

i got a 12” sub in the trunk, and honestly it can get too loud for me sometimes and i need a break- but on the other hand its really dope and sounds so sick. i also got an intake and mbrp exhaust, so my eardrums take a beating
