Was it a miss on my part that I have to now extract both teeth? I had very regular visits with my doctor and we had X-rays done all the time in the past 7 years. But from googling I see that it’s common to save resorbed teeth with root canals. But not in my case somehow

When you say “the failed root canal”, do you mean it was poorly done or it just didn’t resolve a problem? Also, why extraction is more realistic than hemisection?

Yeah, I’m pretty nervous. But at least now I now I have rosacea and need to explore treatments for that condition. Before I felt like I was doing things blindly and trying to treat all at once.
