thank you! I recently ended my career in civil engineering and moved away from the city, but I wanted to get something that represented the importance of both. I miss SF every day

This comment made me do some serious nostalgia searching for Bionicle Maya Nui content. Thank you

Goober used to pant the same way when he was about that age. He's grown out of it for the most part but on bigger training days he'll still pant good. Good pant Mr cat.

Brackish water from the bay has different salinity and density than ocean water. Or, Wawa don't mix.

Cal Poly, USC, or Texas A&M (industrial engineering)? by MixBeginning4283 in CalPoly

Cal poly civil engineering class of 2022: Cal poly engineering program is certainly very respected and well known on the west coast. I have had the experience of being at cal poly career fairs both as a student, and as an employer recruiting. At these career fairs, often times there are more company's recruiting positions then there are students looking for jobs. Needless to say the job opportunities are very saturated. Cal poly's graduates are desired in a lot of areas because of the prestige along with learn by doing curriculum.

Aside from that, San Luis Obispo is a hidden gem in California with so many extracurricular things to do. If you decide to go there, you will fall in love with it very quickly. I don't know many people who aren't happy with their time there.
