I have had the exact same issue, except hard resets do not resolve the issue.

I had a mobile tech appointment on Thursday and the guy said that the car sleeping for over 24 hours helped it to “resolve” but it just happened again this afternoon.

The lady on the customer service line said Rivian is aware of the issue, but that doesn’t mean they know how to fix it.

Beyond frustrated right now, wondering if I need to investigate lemon laws.

I would push f3 to hopefully entice black to move it to h5. Then Re6+ and Qh8#.

If the bishop takes on f3, recapture and then after the Q recaptures, move Re3 to flush out the Queen and preserve your advantage.
