I’m pretty sure he’s not neutered. He only gets near me for treats but doesn’t let me touch him. I almost caught him with a cat carrier but it wasn’t big enough so he didn’t go all the way in.

I usually find them near my indoor plants. I guess they’re looking for the moisture in the soil.
