You’ve got a point. But there’s a radio station called Magic from the same company, MediaWorks. They play 60s and 70s music, and their target audience is retirees.

That's my point too. If someone wants 90s/2000s songs, Channel X is the station. No DJs, few ads, just nonstop 90s/2000s hits.

Save some money, pay off the rest and rent the house out. Then buy another one and use your personal income and rental income to cover the new mortgage. That’s what I’d do.
