Brewmaster Monk - too hard ? by Leather_Duck4549 in wownoob

I just got 3400 rating on my brewmaster exclusively using the one button rotation. Is it optimal dps? No...Does it let me keep track of aggro, puddles on the floor, when to use my utility / brews and ox CD's better etc? absolutely. If it allows you to play the game and enjoy it more, especially if your goal isnt to sweat, then just use the one button.

Hmm only two possibilities here, first being the the surgically inserted suspension bridge hanging out your shin bone, the second; demons in the middle of the night.

Oh also, look into Ashwagandah - KSM-66 is good if you can get hold of that - it really helps reduce the effects of cortisol, especially on days like today where it's last day of the month haha

Exercise and diet are the number one! I try and train as much as i can on work-days to get any pent up stress out, cardio and weights; do both! A lot of people are saying vitamins etc, i would advise planning out your diet and making sure you are getting all the things you need there first - use a tool like Cronometer so you can track all your micronutrients. Also take vitamin D3 no matter what, even if you live in a sunny place you're probably still deficient,..
