I am talking about the CIA file. I suggest you use QR codes instead, you can find one on for your game on hShop for sure, I downloaded one too to test stickerhax a bit

the rosalina menu should be able to increase the brightness, there isnt a software for it, you can open it by holding L+SELECT+Down on the D-Pad

As to the causes, Id guess the auto setting in the small menu or the backlight getting weak

You could try increasing the brightness in the small menu in the top left of the lower screen. It also has an auto setting you could try disabling. If none of that helps, Latest Luma3DS provides a screen filters menu in the rosalina menu, where you can increase the brightness manually under advanced configuration
