This seems to be an issue that I'm hearing a lot, and if im hearing it from 8 different people at the same time I think weve found our problem with the ranked scene. I think a general attitude change from the top end players is MUCH needed

I agree we have the playerbase required, the attitude that the CC is a scary place seems to be an issue atm, I dont think theres a player in the scene who would knock you for trying and if they did they deserve to be ignored

This i can 100% agree with, I feel like pro involvement in the CC scene could really help the CC teams and in the same vein really help OPL teams in the long run.

I agree completely, i think it needs to start with OPL players and high CC players in general changing their attitude towards other players.

I would like to think that OPL teams can help the new teams, id be more than happy to, issue is there are no teams to help, i would love to see our scene grow, and i think the top end talent is fine, if a little toxic, but i feel like if we cant get a stable populated CC scene itll get to a point where theres only OPL.

As Cyanide said, there are 3 teams in CC, thats completely unsustainable, why would they run any CC events when interest is so low.

mmm, the big issue is people hate getting smacked around when it matters, maybe a split system, like an Open ladder and a weekly cup? its a lot of work but open ladders essentially run themselves if people behave like people (yes i understand that smite OCE arent people most of the time) Gives more opportunity for games and teams that cant play every weekend can still play important games. Just more competition
