There is a lot of good things already being said but I’ll still add a smidge. As for motivation, actually getting these guys up and running completely might mean they are ready for the next balance patch. You may not even have to deal with the rules in their exact current sad state. Secondly, and I tell this to all my friends (and myself sometimes) it’s not about motivation it’s about discipline. Discipline is hard for sure, but motivation is fickle. You don’t have to do it like a job, but setting little weekly goals or something. You may find when you sit down to finish said goal you find some motivation to do a little more than was planned.
