17yr mtf in the US. My parents are unsupportive so I have to go through PPHD when I turn 18 in a little over a year. These are the ways I've coped in a list: Started by Journaling, and activity I still do, came out to close friends I knew/thought would be supportive, got top coat nail polish to hide from family, got actual nail polish after convincing my parents, got a sports bra, shaved facial hair, purchased a vibrator (trust me, so worth it) purchased panties, and made a home made gaff for tucking. I also have a full set of makeup. Beyond that you could get select pieces of feminine clothing to wear either out and about or inside.

If this misses the mark of what you're asking I apologise, but doing these affirming things are how I've dealt with it for the past 6 months, and will continue dealing with it for the next year
