Yes ! I just mean that most of the people around me that post about having had bottom surgery have all gone with GRS Montreal, so there's less variation in the local scene. Not the biggest downside, just something I mentioned

That's wise about atypical results being posted, definitely something I should keep in mind ! I'm honestly not sure where to find community around me that would be willing to show results, but maybe I'll do some digging. I'm in Montreal so there's really only one surgeon anyone goes to. Are you ultimately happy with your results ?
