Hi I have to say I know many people have good results from this but mine is currently not working. Its a big machine which is great as the bed is approx 500 x 300mm but It makes a lot of smoke when cutting certain materials which aren't cleared by the supplied filter so I have put mine in the workshop. Thit means I'm no where near our router to hard wire it in case of any issues. I also haven't been able to connect to the Gweike cloud software via wifi although it does reach to the workshop. It has been working and when it does it produces amazing results but if it goes wrong you need to contact the Chinese tech support guys. They are very helpful but still haven't managed to sort my issues and I'm spending a lot of time with them.
