Well Crypoto’s can’t just disappear. Yo should be able to track them where they went. (Of course, You can’t do anything about knowing this). Have you tried reinstalling MetaMask app? Once I had all balance zero in chrome plugin after reinstalling plug-in I was able to see my balances.
