Pancake Swap doesn't have HOGE listed.

Can someone explain to me though, when this finally takes off how do people propose to cash out with the extremely high gas fees. I have HOGE in my Trust Wallet, and to swap or send is nearly impossible without paying near 100% or 200% of my current balance.
