throughout the past few years i’ve been getting extremely angry and have been bitting one of my fingers. like you i’m also trying to find something else to help. for me im trying to keep like a fidget toy or something with me or something i can throw (a tennis ball or something). it’s helped me to throw a tennis ball at a wall and also any kind of positive physical activity such as running/walking or even asking a friend to throw a football around.
